Hearts of Mercy Unveils Contest Winning Website

OCEAN COUNTY, July 12, 2016 – “Ultimate Website For-A-Cause” Giveaway winner Hearts of Mercy has unveiled the much anticipated launch of their new website.  In collaboration with Creative Click Media, Hearts of Mercy aims to use their new website to spread the word about their organization while inspiring community members to get involved in combating the homelessness problem in Ocean County.


Creative Click Media selected Barnegat-based Hearts of Mercy as the winner of the “Ultimate Website For-A-Cause” Giveaway contest this past May.  The contest ran through the month of April, giving nonprofits throughout Ocean County the opportunity to convey the impact that having a new website would have on their organization’s mission.  As the winner of this contest, Hearts of Mercy received a custom website along with a year of free website management, digital marketing support, and in-house or virtual training.

Hearts of Mercy is helping to break the societal taboo of homelessness in Southern Ocean County, New Jersey.  They strive to help homeless and struggling families and individuals return to a self-sufficient lifestyle, assisting with temporary housing, skills training, drug and alcohol abuse counseling, domestic abuse counseling, and guidance.  With this new website, Hearts of Mercy hopes to spread their message with less time and effort so they can focus their attention towards forging stronger relationships with the families they are helping.

“Hearts of Mercy’s cause spoke to us immediately because homelessness truly is a growing problem in our own community,” says Creative Click Media founder Adam Binder.  “We’re thrilled to have been able to provide the website and support necessary to help Hearts of Mercy expand their outreach and achieve their mission.”

Hearts of Mercy’s new website was designed to be user-friendly and informative, with a goal of inspiring community engagement.  Some notable updates to the website include: a modernized design, new content, updated images, a list of events, and volunteer & partnership opportunities.  Donating is easier than ever, with large donation buttons placed throughout the website directing visitors to an easy-to-use donation portal.

“We want to build more awareness and recognition of the needs of children in our close surroundings, in other words, walking distance from many of our homes,” says Kristin Santorelli, President of Hearts of Mercy.  “Your knowledge and expertise will help us to fulfill our work through donation of time, money, or service.  Donations of any kind will help to change a child’s future toward the better.  Through Creative Click Media, supporters will have much better knowledge of the actions taking place and how their support is making a difference in the life of a child.  This will help us to share the ongoing work we are doing in our community to make a positive impact in a child’s life both today and in the future.”
