WordPress IT Specialist

Job Description:

Creative Click Media is a rapidly growing company located in Manahawkin, NJ looking for a dedicated WordPress IT Specialist. We develop and manage hundreds of websites and need an in-house support specialist to maintain all technical work inside WordPress and the website host. This position is vital to help our business grow and keep clients happy.

Responsibilities:

• Work with hosting companies to resolve hosting and server errors
• Regularly make site updates including themes and plugins
• Take regular backups of websites
• Keep site security up-to-date
• Manage and execute site migrations
• Email setup, migration and support

Requirements:

• Experience working with WordPress
• Understanding of site migration process
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to communication errors with hosting companies

• Knowledge of or experience with WooCommerce a plus
• Familiarity with FileZilla or a similar program
