Thanksgiving is a time for, well… giving thanks. It gives us a chance to stop, reflect, and appreciate everything we have and what it means to us. In our modern, fast-paced world it’s easy to get so wrapped up in life that you lose sight of what you’re living for. Thanksgiving offers a pleasant change. For one day, we put down our to-do lists and simply focus on those things we are truly thankful for.
So what am I thankful for?
A whole lot actually!
I’m thankful that working in web design and internet marketing allows me to spend so much quality time with my family. In the years I spent working in finance and later, the restaurant business, it felt like I hardly saw my family at all. Holidays were always especially difficult. Now I get to watch my boy grow up right in front of my eyes, and you better believe I’ll be spending Thanksgiving Day with my little superhero!
I’m thankful that I get to do something I love. Web design and digital marketing are complex, nuanced, and ever-changing fields; and I wouldn’t have it any other way! I love the challenge it represents and the opportunity to solve problems with creative solutions.
I’m thankful to have met so many fantastic people and to have learned so much from them. The people I’ve encountered on my personal journey, the fellow designers and bloggers, as well as the programmers and business leaders who have propelled my life in exciting and satisfying new directions that I would have never imagined!
And last but certainly not least, I’m thankful for the opportunity to help others grow their business. One of the greatest measures of a man (or woman!) is the quality of their chosen craft. I’m proud to have been able to help so many great businesses and organizations strengthen their online presence through web design, SEO, social media management, video marketing, and all the other skills and techniques I’ve had the privilege to learn over my career. For a gander at some of our recent work, view our case studies here.
We want to hear from you! What are you thankful for? What has inspired you, driven you, or helped you to become the person you are? Leave us a comment and of course, give thanks!

Staying happy on what one has and with this feeling trying to get more always is a winning approach and people with this frame of mind hardly fail.

Hey Adam,
Sorry I’m just now getting by here but I knew you had a great Thanksgiving and who you spent it with. Miles is getting cuter by the day my friend and I bet he is so much fun too.
You are truly blessed Adam but you’ve made your own way my friend. Be very proud of what you’ve accomplished and how many people can stay at home and work to raise their kids. That is a true blessing and you’re so talented that you’ve been able to accomplish this all in this period of time. I know that you’ll continue to grow your business and get to the place where you’ll be able to spend even more time with Miles as he continues to grow into the amazing man he’ll become because of your parenting.
Congratulations on all you’ve achieved and thank you for coming into my life too. So thrilled to know you.
